Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything about registering, playing, getting paid, and how we keep it all honest.

Getting started

How do I register?+

Head to the Register page, choose your game and platform, fill in your name, gamertag, WhatsApp number, and email, then submit. You'll get a confirmation on-screen and a WhatsApp message with your match time once your bracket is finalised.

Do I need to own the game already?+

Yes — you'll need your own copy of EA FC 26 or Call of Duty (Black Ops 7 / Warzone) on the platform you register with. We don't provide game access.

Is there a minimum age to enter?+

You need to meet the age rating of the game you're entering with (EA FC 26 and Call of Duty are both rated for older teens and above), and you're responsible for making sure your entry complies with your platform account's own age settings and parental controls.

What platforms are supported?+

PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, across all three games we run. Brackets are always kept separate by platform, so you're only ever playing against people on your own console.

Playing your matches

How does my opponent actually find me to play?+

Once your bracket is set, you'll get your opponent's gamertag and a scheduled match time over WhatsApp. You arrange the private/custom lobby directly with them at that time using the gamertag or platform invite provided.

What happens if my opponent doesn't show up?+

There's a grace window published with your match time. If one player doesn't join within it, the other advances by default. Message us on WhatsApp the moment it happens so we can log it before the next round starts.

What happens if there's a dispute over a result?+

Matches are screen-recorded or spectated. If either player disputes the outcome, we review the footage before the next round starts — no round proceeds on an unresolved result.

Can I enter as a squad?+

Yes — Call of Duty Gunfight runs as 2v2, and Warzone brackets run as Duos or Trios. EA FC 26 brackets are 1v1 only.

Can I enter more than one bracket at once?+

Yes, as long as the match times don't clash — you can register for EA FC and Call of Duty brackets independently.

Prizes & payouts

How do I know the prize money is real?+

Payouts are digital, so we share proof of payment (POP) directly with the winner within 48 hours of the final — and once that's happened, we'll ask for a quick testimonial to feature on the Winners page.

Where does the prize money actually come from?+

Straight from entry fees — roughly 70% of every entry fee goes directly back out as prize money, with the rest covering platform running costs and payment processing. That breakdown is shown to you before you pay.

How and when do I get paid if I win?+

Winnings are paid out within 48 hours of your final match, sent to the payment details you confirm with us once you reach the final. We'll always contact you on WhatsApp to arrange this — we'll never ask for banking details anywhere except directly with our team.

Trust & safety

Is my personal information safe?+

We only collect what's needed to run your bracket and pay you if you win — your name, gamertag, WhatsApp number, and email. We don't sell or share your details with third parties.

What if someone is cheating or being abusive?+

Report it to us immediately over WhatsApp with a screenshot or clip if you have one. Verified cheating or abusive conduct results in disqualification and a ban from future brackets.

Can I get a refund if I can't play after registering?+

Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible before your match time — refunds are handled case by case, but the earlier you tell us, the easier it is for us to fill your slot and process a refund.

Still have a question?

Message us directly and we'll get back to you before your next match.
