Formats & structure

How it actually works

Quick version, per game.

EA FC 26

1v1 knockout, plus themed cups

OPEN CUP

Single-elimination

Random seeding. One loss and you're out. Fixed round times — Round of 16/32 → Quarters → Semis → Final.

MONTHLY FLAGSHIP

Double-elimination

Lose once, drop to a losers' bracket instead of going out. Bigger prize pool, longer event.

THEMED CUPS

Rotating rules

Same knockout format, restricted team selection:

Women's Football Only Premier League Only Same-Country Derby
Call of Duty — Multiplayer

Private Match, 1v1 and 2v2

SEARCH & DESTROY

1v1 · Default format

One life per round, no respawns. First to the round target wins. Best-of-3 or best-of-5 per match.

GUNFIGHT

2v2 · Squad format

Fast round-based duels, small maps, pre-set loadouts. Used whenever a cup runs as duos.

Standard 6v6 modes (TDM, Domination) aren't used — too hard to verify fairly between strangers. Private Match 1v1/2v2 keeps every result attributable to the two players who played.

Call of Duty — Warzone

One shared lobby, not head-to-head

WHY NOT 1V1

Lobby minimums

Warzone Private Match needs ~24–50 players to start, even fully private. Two players can't start one alone.

HOW IT RUNS

Shared placement event

Every squad plays the same private lobby at once, ranked after by placement + kills — Duos or Trios.

Brackets open once enough squads register to fill the lobby — so entries take a bit longer to open than EA FC or COD MP.

Disputes & fairness

Matches are screen-recorded or spectated. If a result's disputed, we review before the next round starts — no round proceeds unresolved.
